Robyn N. Howlett is a family law and divorce attorney at Weinberger Law Group in New Jersey. She received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2000. While in law school, Ms. Howlett served as an intern concentrating her practice on family law related matters. After Ms. Howlett’s graduation from law school she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Louis F. Locascio, J.S.C., Family Party Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. Prior to attending law school Ms. Howlett received her undergraduate degree from Wagner College, Staten Island, NY in 1997.
Ms. Howlett has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star* for 2014 and 2015. She successfully handled a variety of cases in her practice of family and matrimonial law over the last decade. Ms. Howlett has experience with all facets of family law litigation, including contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution of assets as well as domestic violence matters and dissolution of domestic partnerships and civil unions.
Ms. Howlett volunteers her time to serve as a panelist in the Early Settlement Panel Program in Family Court. Ms. Howlett’s practice includes mediation and collaborative law cases. Ms. Howlett is trained in both mediation and collaborative law and provides her clients with all options regarding their divorce and family law related matters to help them adjust personally and with their children into the future.
